Group Facilitation

Our Approach

IBP's senior team has extensive experience of facilitating group activity, ranging from small-scale consumer focus groups to partner training events and large-scale public meetings with hundreds of attendees. We believe that successful events require the following:

  • Clear objectives
  • Top quality event management
  • Excellent planning
  • Facilitation that involves participants and puts them at their ease.

Some of the examples given below, along with feedback from clients and group participants, demonstrate our capability to deliver these benefits.

Training and Development

  • Facilitation of Team Awaydays for organisations as diverse as government departments, student unions and Community Planning Partnerships.
  • Delivery of "Sustainable Communities" workshop for regeneration practitioners throughout England
  • Delivery of learning programmes on Outcome Based Planning for Community Reference Group members in Glasgow.
  • Facilitation of innovation workshops for Scottish Enterprise
